Large companies have in-house legal counsel to help handle the day to day legal needs that arise in running a business.  Small and medium-sized businesses have similar legal needs, but don’t need the daily overhead that in-house counsel provides.  With 23 years of experience, Paul Koonts serves that role of trusted counsel for small and medium-sized companies throughout North Carolina.

Business owners and individual entrepreneurs can benefit from an attorney with experience, understanding and integrity.
