Business Law

Oertel, Koonts, Oertel, PLLCPartners for Your Business

Large companies have in-house attorneys to help handle the day to day legal needs that arise in running a business.  Small and medium-sized businesses have similar legal needs, but don’t need the daily overhead that in-house counsel provides.  With 18 years of experience, Paul Koonts serves that role of trusted counsel for small and medium-sized companies throughout North Carolina.

It is a business reality that when you start, run, and grow a business, the law can sometimes be overwelming, and litigation can be severely damaging, putting your employees and your assets at risk.  Our purpose is to clarify legal issues and goals and keep you doing what you do best.  Running your business.

Business owners and individual entrepreneurs can benefit from an attorney with experience, understanding and integrity. We take the time to understand your business and have the integrity to speak up and follow through.  It’s why we have become legal counselors of choice for business owners and individuals across North Carolina, and why our knowledgeable counsel continues to set us apart from the crowd.
